5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Certain products, such as the Rebelpreneurs community membership, are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our platform provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated price until you cancel.
5.1 Cancellation
You can cancel your Rebelpreneurs membership at any time through the Skool platform, which handles all subscription management and billing for the community. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods.
5.2 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial period and terms will be specified at the time of sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the stated subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility to prevent abuse.
6. Refund Policy
Refund terms vary by product and are specified on the relevant product or sales page at the time of purchase. If no refund policy is specified for a particular product, no refunds will be issued.

By opting in to any of our free or paid offers through an advertisement, you acknowledge that you are entering a business relationship with Algarda d.o.o., and not with the advertising platform. All terms, refund policies, and obligations related to products purchased through advertising campaigns are governed by these Terms.
Testimonials and results shared in our advertising are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Algarda d.o.o. regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Service.
